FLEXIBLE ADDITIVE

Flexmaster is a highly advanced acrylic based additive designed to increase flexibility, durability and adhesion strength when added to Powder Tile Adhesives and Grouts.

ADVANTAGES:

USES:

Flexmaster significantly increases flexibility, durability and bond strength to wooden, concrete, non-porous and tiled substrates and is an essential additive for areas subject to movement, vibration and excessive temperature change.  It is suitable for use with all the Tilemaster range of powder products.  It can also be used as a primer or sealer to ensure adhesion to certain types of substrate.

APPLICATION:

Mix Flexmaster with water to make a milk to the ratio that you require for your chosen role, e.g as a primer 4 parts water to 1 part Flexmaster.  The different mix ratios can be found on our “Tile to Substrate” guide.  If you have any doubt as to your choice of mix please call our 24hr helpline on 01257 269243.  We recommend that you stir the milk mix from time to time to avoid possible settlement.  As a precaution mix the powder with the a small amount of milk to start until you have become familiar with the workable time that your chosen product offers you.  Mix the powder with the milk and stir thoroughly until you have an even lump free buttery consistency.
